I was at the show last night!!! It was amazing!!! I drove up there from Chicago, IL to see the show. Last time The Gathering toured I drove to Cleveland to see them. Make a stop in Chicago sometime. Love the music, love the band.

This was definately a show to remember. I orginally bought my tickets to see Lacuna Coil. But after purchasing “Home”, I became a huge fan of The Gathering. I bought all their cds I could in town and purchased the rest on line. So when the show arrived I was there for The Gathering. They definately lived up to my expectations and more. The band was solid and Anneke sounded great. Hopefully this tour will gain more new fans as myself to discover one of the top bands in the world!!!
After I the show I had the pleasure to meet most of the band. They treated me like an old friend. Marjolein was so kind and pleasant to talk with. Hans was all smiles and friendly. Rene was quite busy, but took the time to chat and to get into a picture. Frank and I had the interest of aerospace to chat about. I missed a chance to meet Anneke, she was under the weather with a cold. I hope she is feeling better.
I just wanted to thank the band for a great time and hope to see them next time as the headliner. I’m also looking forward to the release of the new DVD, I have the others.

I was fortunate enough to see you when you played the Intersection in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I absolutely love you guys and have for many years now. It’s sad to see that Anneke is leaving the band but I now feel extremely fortunate to have attended the show (which I would not miss for the world. I lost my original tickets so I purchased another set). I attended for the Gathering and Stolen Babies, both of which were fantastic.
